                She was born October 4, 1939 in Hancock, VT the daughter of Raymond and Elise Sherman Whittier.

                She passed away on October 3, 2017 at Helen Porter Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Middlebury.

                Glenila is survived by her son, Leroy J. Greene of Middlebury; and several nieces and nephews.

                She was predeceased by her parents and sister, Geneva Peters and her niece Lorretta Vorse.

                A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11th at Greenwood Cemetery in Bristol. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Helen Porter Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, 30 Porter Drive, Middlebury, VT 05753.
