                Arthur J. Turpin, formerly of West Ferrisburgh, VT

                He was born January 2, 1941 the son of Henry and Germaine Turpin.

                Entered military in January, 1961 honorably discharged January, 1964, having served his tour of duty at a training camp in Bombholder, Germany.

                Moved to Connecticut to find work in June 1965, holding countless jobs until settling at Ryerson Steel for 15 years and Stop & Shop Supermarkets for ten years before retiring.

                He was a member of Local 443 Teamsters (New Haven, CT), American Legion and Moose Club.

                He is survived by two nephews, Dale Miller and wife Melody and Dana Miller and wife Shelly both of West Ferrisburgh

                Predeceased by his brother Paul Turpin and his sisters Theresa Miller and Noella Jackson.

                Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov 19th at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes. Interment will be in Prospect Cemetery in Vergennes. To send online condolences to his family please visit brownmcclayfuneralhomes.com
