Arthur Lee Flemings Sr

Arthur Lee Flemings Sr.,  75, of Lincoln, VT passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday  June 27, 2018 at his home in Lincoln, VT.  He was born on May 9, 1943 in Lincoln VT.  Son of Leonard A. Flemings and Rena P. (Martell).  

Arthur was employed for Clifford Lumber Company for over 33 years.  He was a volunteer driver for ACTR.  Arthur was also a member of Addison County Co-Ed softball , and many numerous  hunting  club associations.  Arthur was an avid sportsman & hounds man, spending most of his days on the mountains.  One of Arthur’s favorite things to do was attend his sporting games to support his children and grandchildren.  He was their number one fan.

Arthur  will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Gloria (Doe) , and their precious children, Rosie Hardy, Keith Mailhottee, Veronica  Sargent (Les),and  Jessie Flemings . Arthur is also survived by his brothers: Leon , Charlie (Dale), Harold( Connie), Francis (Annette), And his sisters Georgia Grace ( Ellis), Joyce Whitcomb, and Lois Grace.  12 Grandchildren, and 10 great grand children. Arthur will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and dear friends.  He was predeceased by his Son Arthur Flemings Jr., His Parents  Leonard &  Rena, Granddaughter Marissa, and Brother Floyd.

Calling Hours will be at the Brown Mcclay Funeral Home in Bristol, VT of Monday July 2, 2018 from 5PM-7PM with services following at 7PM. A grave side committal will be held on Monday July 9th at 11AM at the Maple Wood Cemetery   in Lincoln, VT.
