Cindy Lee Fuller-Winters, age 58, passed away on November 15th, 2016. Cindy was born in Mesa, Arizona on December 28th, 1957. She was the daughter of the late Donald and Joyce Fuller.

Cindy grew up in a loving household of five siblings, Carol Knowles, Stephen Fuller, Kent Fuller (deceased), Heather Fuller, and Christopher Fuller. They shared fond memories at their family-owned grocery store, Libhart’s Delicatessen, and fishing at Kohl’s Ranch on Tanto Creek. Cindy moved to Bristol, Vermont in 1982, where she raised her family. She used to say, “My roots are in Arizona, but my home is in Vermont.” Cindy was a true outdoors woman, as she could always be found hunting, fishing, gardening, and camping. She also proved to be the Queen of Cards – her competitive spirit was unparalleled. A part of Cindy’s heart will always lie on the beaches of Chappaquiddick, Martha’s Vineyard and in a canoe on Bristol Pond.

Cindy is survived by children Zachary James Winters and Georgia Mae Winters. She also leaves behind her longtime partner, Kelly Tierney; former husband, Jim Winters; Arizona family; second family, The Eatons; circle of Bristol “sistas”; and many more beloved friends and family members. Cindy was an incredibly fun-loving, caring, and vivacious woman who will be missed by all.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, November 21st at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Bristol, Vermont from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Legion Post #19, 10 Airport Drive, Bristol, Vermont or the Bristol Rescue Squad, PO Box 227, Bristol, Vermont in loving memory of Cindy Fuller-Winters.
