Francis A. Warner, 84, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at his home in Waltham.
He was born September 28, 1931 in Addison, the son of Clayton and Stella (Danyow) Warner.
He served in the U.S. Army in Germany during the Korean War. He had a White Washing business for many years. Also, he was the road commissioner for the town of Waltham for 45 years.
Francis is survived by five brothers Clayton (Nancy) Warner Jr., Eugene Warner Sr., David Warner, Leonard Warner Sr., Roger Warner; a sister Shirley Mott; his special nieces Joyce Larrow-Raymond, Elesha Larrow, Candia Larrow, Brenda Larrow; great nephew Bryan Francis Norton; Many more nieces and nephews that he thought highly of; and his dog Jake, who was his faithful, loving companion.
Predeceased by his parents, his brothers George Warner Sr. and Robert Warner Sr. and a sister Marie Larrow.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 6th at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes from 3 to 4 p.m. with a memorial service following at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Addison County Home Health & Hospice PO Box 754, Middlebury, VT 05753.
