In loving memory of Keith Raymond Ayers

Keith Ayers passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord on November 21, 2019 at the age of 79, surrounded by his loving family. Keith was from Bristol, Vermont, born to parents Maude O’Dea (Fortune) and Frank Mott.

Keith now joins his wife Maureen in heaven, together at last.

Keith is survived by his three daughters Anne (David Findlay), Kathleen and Lorretta (Kevin Balch). Beloved grandfather to Stephanie, Kenneth, Jessica, Dylan, Taylor and Noah. Loved great grandfather to Tyler, Brooklyn, Alexis, Olivia, Heath, Chase and Violet. Keith is also survived by his sisters Myona, Helen and Aldina; brothers Klayton, Kenneth, Joseph and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his wife Maureen, mother, father, sisters Faline, Florence and brother Clarence.

Keith loved being around his family, making memories and having a good laugh. He was a kind, genourous, compassionate man with a great sense of humor. He really enjoyed helping people.

Keith will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.

A private remembrance will be held with immediate family.

Donations can be made to the McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester.

Anne,Kathy and Lorrie I am so sorry to hear the passing of your father,even though I haven’t seen him in years I will always remember him as a funny,kind and caring person, he could always make you laugh just when you needed it. I thought of him and your mom often and all the good times we all had. You have 2 great Gaurdian angels to watch over all of you now.

  2. I have a picture of Keith and a number of other youngsters when the first Bristol Little League team had a team picture taken. Klayton(Sam) was on the same team. I was able to recognize Keith right away. Sorry to the family for his passing. I see he was a member of the Eagles . I am also, but in Milton. We don’t really get to far from home when it is time to settle down, so it seems.. Rest in Peace Keith.
